  4. The company provides solutions to customers online, the time depends on the complexity and difficulty of the problem.
    Light usage issues take 1-2 business days to resolve.
    Medium usage issues take 2-5 business days to resolve.
    Heavy usage issues take 7-10 business days to resolve.
  5. The warranty does not cover damage caused by viruses or malware, and problems caused by misuse or modification of the software.

If you buy MA, you will receive the following services:

  1. The company guarantees data retention for one year (unlimited storage).
  2. The company provides 24/7 online customer support (via Line official @fusionsolution).
  3. Updates will be provided as new tools become available for the product.
  4. The company provides online troubleshooting for customers. The time frame depends on the complexity and difficulty of the issue.
    Light usage issues take 1 business day to resolve.
    Medium usage issues take 2 business days to resolve.
    Heavy usage issues take 3 business days to resolve.

Customers will be informed of the timeframe for resolution when they report the problem to the company.
